Signature Services by MDH, is a signed, sealed and delivered mobile notary service based in Portland, CA  We provide notary service to Multnomah, Hood River, and Clackamas counties in Oregon, will travel to all surrounding areas upon request.

We provide service including, but not limited to, Deeds and Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Trust Documents, Real Estate & Investment Documents, Refi’s Document, Partnerships, Acknowledgement, Affidavits, and specialized documents.

By working together with clients as a signing agent or notary public, knowing the best practices of a professional signing and understanding the process of our client’s business and their needs, I am able to provide the best service possible.

When a signing is outsourced to Signature Services by MDH, we will ensure your documents are properly signed. We will meet with you or your client face-to-face with any important document that needs to be notarized within a timely manner, removing any inconveniences and less waiting time, providing attention to detail and peace of mind. As a notary signing agent we are certifying the authenticity of the signer’s identity and their willingness to sign.
